Casino Knowledge : Roullete

Live Game

Live Roulette

Live Roulette is played with a live dealer and a real Roulette table. We use standard European Roulette rules.
  • There is probably a game round in progress at the moment you enter. Please wait until the current game round is finished. You can then place your bets.
  • Click on a chip of desired value to select it. Then click on any bet area on the table to place your bet there (see European Roulette Rules about betting options). Every click on the area adds one chip to the bet. Select another chip if you wish to increase the bet by some other amount. Right clicking on the area removes one chip. You can place several chips into several areas at the same time.
  • You have a limited amount of time from the moment a round is started to place a bet. Then the next spin is made and if your bet wins, you receive your winnings. You can skip a turn by simply not placing any bets on the table. When finished placing your bets, click the Confirm button.

Roulette Rules

There are many different ways to place roulette bets in European Roulette. Each bet covers a different set of numbers and has a different distribution. The payouts for all bets are listed in the "Winnings Table" below.

Straight Up

You can bet on any number, including 0, by placing the chip on the center of a number. The maximum bet for this wager is indicated on the Roulette table (see the Max sign).

Split Bet

You can bet on two numbers by placing a chip on the line that divides the two numbers. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by two.

Street Bet

To bet on a row of three numbers (a street), place a chip on the boundary line of the roulette table, at the end of the corresponding row. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by three.

Corner Bet

You can bet on four numbers by placing chips at the corner where the four numbers meet. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by four.

Four Bet

You can bet on the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3 by placing your chip on the boundary line, where the line between 0 and the first row intersects it. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by four.

Line Bet

You can bet on two street bets (i.e., the six different numbers in two rows of three numbers), by placing your chip on the boundary line of the roulette table where the line dividing the two rows intersects it. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by six.

Column Bet

There are three boxes labelled "2 to 1" at the bottom of each column of numbers. You can place bets for all numbers in a column by placing chip(s) in one of these boxes. If any of the numbers in the selected column is hit you get paid 2:1; 0 is a losing number. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten.

Dozen Bet

You can bet on a group of twelve numbers by placing your chip in one of the three boxes marked "1st 12," "2nd 12," or "3rd 12." If one of your 12 numbers is hit, you are paid 2:1; 0 is a losing number. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by ten.

Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets

You can place a bet in one of the boxes along the long side of the table that covers half of the numbers on the roulette table (excluding 0). Each box covers 18 numbers. You win even money (1 to 1) on all of these bets; 0 is a losing number. The maximum bet for this wager is the Straight Up bet maximum, multiplied by 20.

Minimum table bet

There is a minimum table bet, meaning that all your bets added together (your total bet), must equal at least the minimum value indicated on the table (see the Min sign).

Winning Number Display

The winning number display shows the results of the previous 13 spins.

Tip:

You have the option to give a tip to the dealer. To give a tip, place chips on the "Tip" stack (same as placing a bet), and click Confirm. Click Cancel to close the tip stack.

Game window:

The top half of the game window contains three panels.
In the center is the video feed of the dealer. Click on the button in the top right corner of the panel to maximize the video feed – it will take up the entire game window. Click the same button to minimize it again. Click the button in the bottom right corner to change the video bitrate. The higher bitrate provides a better picture, but takes up more bandwidth.
On the right is the chat panel. You can see the name of the table and the dealer at the top of the panel. Enter your message into the text field at the bottom of the panel and click Send. Your message will appear along with others in the middle of the panel.
On the left is the game information panel. At the top of the panel you can see your bet and win amounts for the last round in which you played. The Information tab shows the current server time and the game round's unique ID number, plus the minimum and maximum total bet amounts.
The History tab shows the outcome of recent game rounds.

Buttons:

Clear Bets Clear the table of your bets.
Re bet Place the same bets as in the previous round.
Confirm Click here when you have placed all your bets to confirm your bets – without confirmation your bets don't count.
The lower edge of the game window holds the casino toolbar. It contains the following:
  • Current balance

Your account balance. This is the money you can use to play the casino games.
  • Cashier

Clicking this button opens the Cashier window, where you can make deposits and withdrawals, see your transaction history, etc.
  • Play for Real Money

This button appears only in Fun or Offline Mode. Clicking it will take you to the Real Money account creation page. If you already have a Real Money account, it will take you to the Play for Real Money login screen.
  • Chat

Clicking this button will activate the black strip to the left of it, turning it into a text box. Enter a message and click Chat again. A separate chat window will open. Please note: You can only talk to other players in multiplayer games.
  • Menu

Three popular functions are united under the Menu. Clicking History (unavailable in Offline mode) will open the game history window, where you can see the details of recent game rounds.
Options allow you to change audio quality and various game play settings, and Help opens the help article that you are reading right now.
Online Support lets you contact a customer support specialist, if one is online.
  • Close/Lobby

Clicking this button closes the game window and takes you back to the Lobby. If you have Multi window support enabled (games are opened in new windows), the button will say Close. If Multi window support is disabled (games are opened in the same window as the Lobby), the button will say Lobby. You can enable or disable this feature in the Options window.

Shortcut keys

If you wish, you can press the following keys on your keyboard instead of clicking on the buttons on the screen.
Press this key To do this
TAB Tab between the buttons on the screen.
ENTER Click the button that is currently highlighted.
Number keys 1-9 Select a chip. Different number keys select different chips. The number of functioning keys depends on chips allowed for the current player and can be subject to change.
SPACEBAR Place your previous bet (same as the Rebet button).
ESC Exit the game and go back to the lobby.
Note on large wins: Winning amounts of $10,000 or more are considered large wins. Large wins need to be verified by a live operator.

Disconnections

  • It may happen that you get disconnected when you have a confirmed bet on the table.
    • If you log back in while the game round is still running, you are automatically directed to continue it, even if you have missed a betting round.
    • If you log back in when the game round is finished, you get a respective message that also informs you of your win amount.

Differential limit

Differential limits are highly specific to baccarat games. A differential limit defines the maximum amount by which the bets placed on the Banker position may differ from those placed on the Player position. These limits apply for a game table. The differential limit value that has been set to a game table can be seen from the casino lobby. The number of players at the table and the amounts wagered per table are not limited for as long as the differential limit is not exceeded.
In the betting rounds, you can start placing your bets as you wish. Do not forget to follow your personal minimum and maximum limits. If, for example, a bet exceeds the differential limit on the Player position, the game blocks this position for further bets and allows bets on the Banker only, until the balance is regained. This does not concern Tie bets.
