Setback at Happy Deepavali: Man Utd Suffer Norwich City Setback

THE LATEST ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE NEWS – Manchester United’s lacklustre performance in Saturday’s Premier League meant a second victory for hosts Norwich City, which led the game 1-0 at Carrow Road.

While neither side proceeded to win w1th ease, Norwich saw their first effort come in from Anthony Pilkington’s powerful header. The home side’s goalkeeper John Ruddy earned United manager Sir Alex Ferguson’s praise as he proved the greatest hindrance to United’s attacks.

United’s failure to play deeper caused them missed opportunities. Ryan Giggs’ effort met the bar while Paul Scholes unsuccessfully attempted to convert his effort.
